The Arduino Uno Prototyping Shield makes building custom circuits easy. It's perfect for Arduino enthusiasts who want to expand their projects. This shield supports both through-hole (TH) and surface-mount device (SMD) components. It provides a dedicated SMD area for 24 pin SOIC chips. There is plenty of room for additional components in the TH area. You can also make a mini loafboard add for solderless soldering. The shield contains power lines (IOREF and GND), LED pads, and SPI signal breakout pads. This makes it ideal for use with Arduino Zero and other SPIboards.
