Description Pirate 4WD Robot platform
The Pirate robot from DFRobot is a 4WD robotic platform. It includes 4x drive motors, 4x wheels and a complete chassis with mounting hardware. The platform consists of two layers. On the second layer you can attach additional electronics. For example, you can add sensors, servos or lighting here. The chassis is made of a very strong aluminum alloy. The platform offers flexibility with fast movements. Especially in grass, gravel, sand or on a sloping surface. Thanks to the high quality of the materials used, this platform has a long service life.
Note: Motor encoders are not compatible with this platform
