Description Raspberry Pi Debugging Probes
This is the Debug Probe from Raspberry Pi. It is an all-in-one USB to Debug kit. The kit includes all necessary hardware and cables for easy troubleshooting. The Debug Probe does not need to be soldered and is Plug&Play.
It features a processor serial debugging interface and a UART interface. Both interfaces use the Raspberry Pi 3-pin debugging connector. More information about this can be found in the Raspberry Pi 3-pin debug connector specification.
De Raspberry Pi Debug Probe is a complete kit in a plastic housing. Along with a USB cable and 3 kinds of debugging cables. This will allow you to work with the majority of debug cases. It is designed to make it easy to debug and program. For example, it works well with the Raspberry Pi Pico and RP2040.
In addition to using with Raspberry Pi products you can also use it with other systems. It has standard UART and CMSIS-DAP interfaces over USB. So you can use it with any ARM based microcontroller.
The Debug Probe is based on Raspberry Pi pico hardware. It carries the open source Raspberry Pi Picoprobe software off. The firmware is updated in the same way as the Pico. So it is very easy to keep everything up to date.
