Description Snap Action switch - with roller
This is a Snap-Action Switch Pololu. It is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) – single-pole change-over contact switch. This means that there is a switching pole (input) and two possible contacts (outputs). The electrical diagram is on the switch itself. With input number 1 and outputs number 2 & 3. This switch can be used as a general micro switch, but also for other applications. Due to the roller at the end of the arm, it will not offer any resistance when switching. This type of switch is often found in CNC machines or 3D printers. It is used as an end stop for calibrating the machine.
