Description Snap Action switch - with roller
This is a Snap Action Switch Pololu. It is a Single Pole Double Throw (SPDT) - single pole changeover contact switch. This means that there is a switching pole (input) and two possible contacts (outputs). The electrical diagram is printed on the switch itself. With input number 1 and output number 2 & 3. This switch can be used as a general microswitch, but also for other applications. Due to the roller at the end of the arm, it will not resist shifting. This type of switch can often be found in CNC machines or 3D printers. It is used as an end stop for calibrating the machine.
