Description 8-HV Digital Inputs HAT Front Raspberry Pi
This is the 8-HV Digital Inputs HAT For Raspberry Pi. It can sometimes happen that you want to use more of the 26 GPIO pins on one Raspberry Pi. This HAT provides the solution by providing optically isolated digital inputs. They can read both low and high voltage ranges, and both DC and AC signals. This card communicates with the Raspberry Pi through the I2C port. This leaves the remaining 24 GPIO pins available for your own use. The HAT has an RS-485 port, a power LED and a push button. Pluggable connectors make using the card easy. Even when several cards are stacked. The HAT is compatible with all Raspberry Piversions from Zero to 5. It is possible to stack up to 8 HATS on top of each other. A three-position jumper selects the stacking level. In addition, the card offers protection against reverse power supply. The HAT also has a reset push button for safe closure of the Raspberry Pi. The card has eight digital opto-isolated inputs and pluggable connectors.
