Description Alcohol Gas Sensor MQ-3
This alcohol sensor is suitable for detecting the alcohol concentration in your breath. Similar to a normal breathalyzer. It has high sensitivity and fast response time. The sensor provides an analog resistive output based on alcohol concentration. The drive circuit is very simple, all it takes is one resistor. A simple interface could be a 0-3.3V ADC.
Free breakout
This is a simple breakout board for the gas sensors MQ - 3, MQ - 4, MQ - 6, MQ - 7 and MQ - 8. The Gas Sensor Breakout allows you to use any oversized, oddly spaced pins on any MQ gas sensor product. This is very useful to have on hand when detecting multiple types of gases.
All you need is the VCC on 5V, GND and a resistor to an ADC, that's it!
