As an All-round Webshop Employee you will participate in all aspects of our webshop. You will be involved in the coordination of online orders, the optimization of the online product presentation, customer service and contributing to business operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing and coordinating online orders and returns.
- Managing and optimizing product information on our website.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions via phone, chat, email and social media.
