Job description:
As a Webshop Assistant you are responsible for various tasks related to the webshop. You support our customers with their purchases and questions about our products, and are the first point of contact for customers. In addition, you create product descriptions yourself, you help with customer service and you create sample projects to inspire our customers. You play an important role in the satisfaction and experience of our customers with our webshop.
