Description CD4011BE Texas Instruments
The CD4011BE from Texas Instruments is a CMOS NAND gate. It is ideal for digital circuits. The chip has a propagation delay of 60 ns at 50 pF and 10 V. This ensures fast performance. The chip has buffered inputs and outputs. This preserves signal quality. The outputs are symmetrical. This ensures reliable responses. The chip consumes little power. At 18 V the maximum input current is 1 µA. At 25 °C this is only 100 nA. The chip has been tested for quiescent current at 20 V. This increases reliability. The chip works with 5 V, 10 V and 15 V. The noise immunity is high. This makes the chip versatile. It complies with JEDEC standard No. 13B.
