Description Flat NEMA Stepper Motor

The Flat NEMA Stepper Motor is a compact and powerful motor. It is ideal for use in smaller environments. This product has been specially developed for feeders in semiconductor production, but also fits perfectly in other applications where limited mounting space plays a role. This motor, with its ultra-slim design, is only 9,5mm thick.

This stepper motor has a shaft of Ø 4 x 10 mm and is equipped with a 4-pin JST cable connector. With a 75mm long cable, it offers flexibility in installation. The motor delivers a holding force of 16 mNm. This is powerful enough for most applications in its class. With a nominal voltage of 1.75 V and a current of 0.5 A, this motor is energy efficient. The step angle of 1.8° ±5% ensures precise movements.

The motor has two phases with a phase resistance of 3.5 Ω and a phase inductance of 0.9 mH. The insulation resistance is at least 100 MΩ at 500 V DC and the insulation class is B (130 °C). It has a rotational inertia of 2 g·cm² and a detent torque of 2 mNm. The permitted operating temperature ranges from -10 °C to 50 °C. This makes it suitable for various environments.
