Description FLUX Beambox 40W Laser Cutter
This is the Beambox laser cutter from FLUX. With a working surface of 400x375mm, it is the big brother of the Beamo laser cutter. The Beambox is ideal for spaces such as an office or garage. The Beambox comes with a powerful 40W CO2 laser. With this you can also cut and engrave thicker materials. You can cut wood, acrylic, leather, cardboard, bamboo and fabric. You can also engrave on glass, metal, concrete and stone.
A great feature of the FLUX laser cutters is that they come with a camera preview. The laser cutter can photograph the entire work surface and display it in the software. This way you can position yourself with high precision for the best result.
The Beambox comes with WiFi, so you can work faster and monitor remotely. If you prefer to have a PC next to your laser cutter, you can also use a network cable.
You can use various types of files. You can load JPG, PNG, SVG and DXF files into the software for cutting and/or engraving. The Beam Studio software is free to download. If you prefer to work with a smartphone, you can use Beam Go for a one-stop design experience.
The FLUX laser cutters are safe for use at school and at home. Safety is extremely important with laser cutters. The Beambox is fully closed and automatically pauses when the cover is opened during cutting. In addition, you can immediately switch off the machine easily with a push button.
The air is sucked out of the machine. You can let this air out of your window through the supplied hose. You can also use the Beam Air air filter (sold separately) to filter the air inside.
If you want to engrave round objects such as glasses, you can expand the Beambox with the Rotary Add-on.
