The Rail-Mount Serial Server is a versatile, industrial solution for data acquisition and IoT applications. The device integrates several functions. It contains a serial server, Modbus gateway and MQTT gateway. It supports RS232/485/422 to JSON conversion. The module offers both RS232/485/422 and Ethernet interfaces. This version of the module includes Power over Ethernet (PoE). This makes it easy to connect and power.
The compact, rail-type design makes installation easy and cost-effective. This server is ideal for collecting RS232/485/422 data and sensor data in industrial environments. It supports local network collection and upload to cloud servers.
The sturdy protection of the module is important. It provides both power and signal isolation for reliable, safe operations. Furthermore, the device can withstand extreme temperatures (-40℃ to 85℃) and high humidity levels (5% to 95% relative humidity).
