Description Soldering sponge - 5 x 3.5 cm
This sponge is specially designed to help clean soldering iron tips during soldering. The solder sponge is made of high quality material that can withstand high temperatures. This allows the sponge to safely contact the hot soldering iron tip without melting or deforming. Using a solder sponge is easy. After the soldering iron tip is heated, it is gently pressed into the damp sponge. The heat and moisture will remove any excess solder residue and oxidation from the tip. This keeps the soldering iron tip clean and in optimal condition, resulting in better soldering performance. It fits easily on a soldering station or can be used as a standalone tool. The sponge can be moistened with water to ensure it remains effective in cleaning the soldering iron tip. The sponge is 5 x 3.5 cm. The sponge can also be easily cut smaller.
