Description 8-Relay HAT Front Raspberry Pi
This is the 8-Relay HAT Front Raspberry Pi. This HAT is capable of stacking up to eight layers. Which makes you Raspberry Pi can manage as many as 64 relays. Each relay can switch smoothly between 120VAC/4A and 24VDC/4A. Giving you complete control over various taxes. Thanks to the convenient pluggable connectors, integration is easy. Even when you stack multiple HATs on top of each other. Managing the various relays is without hassle or complicated settings. Stay informed of the status of your relay with the clear LED indicators. The LEDs are conveniently grouped on one side of the HAT and clearly show whether the relays are on or off. An extra power LED lets you know that the HAT is operational. This HAT is designed with flexibility in mind and works seamlessly with all Raspberry Pi models. By making clever use of the I2C bus for all stacked HATs, only two GPIO pins are required to control up to eight cards. This leaves 24 GPIO pins available for your own experiments and projects. Powering the Eight Relays 4A/120V HAT is easy. This HAT only needs 5V to turn on and can be powered through you Raspberry Pi or via the special 2-pin pluggable connector. While the HAT consumes only 10mA in idle mode, each relay requires approximately 80mA to activate. Increase your impact by having up to eight of these HATs on you Raspberry Pi to stack. These HATs work together seamlessly thanks to special jumpers that indicate their position in the stack. The order in which they are stacked does not matter, the HATs adapt effortlessly. The board is equipped with powerful protection in the form of a 5.8A, 39 mOhm MOSFET. This protection interrupts the ground line if reverse current is detected.
