This is the Badger 2040 E Ink Display powered by a Raspberry Pi RP2040. The product is from Pimoroni. The screen is 2.9 inches and is black and white. It has a resolution of 296 x 128 pixels. It is an RP2040 microcontroller combined with an EPD display. This allows you to create a user-friendly e-paper badge. You can attach this badge to your clothing or other objects. It can also stand on your desk. The Badger 2040 is equipped with sufficient buttons. So you can easily switch between what's shown on the screen. Because it is E-Paper it consumes very little power.
